New Sydney Airport at Luddenham
Recently, a group of members from our club took a Bathurst Tours bus for a day trip to the Western Sydney (Nancy Bird Walton) International Airport, which is currently under construction.The first stop was a delicious brunch at Lunden House Cafe at Luddenham and then it was off to the Airport Experience Centre for a talk and slide show. The new airport will open at the end of 2026. Our final stop was The Lolly Bug at Hartley and I was amazed at the variety of confectionery. We arrived back in Bathurst at 5pm after a very interesting day. Merryn.
