Margaret is a foundation member of the Rolleston Combined Probus Club and has served as    the Secretary and President of the club. Prior to retiring, Margaret spent most of her working life as a legal Secretary/ Executive in Dunedin, Christchurch, Palmerston North and Auckland. She has been actively involved in Inner Wheel for many years, serving as Secretary and President of Howick Inner Wheel and also completed three years as District Secretary. Margaret is a Paul Harris Fellow. She has also been Treasurer of her local Residents Association.

Margaret Drake is a Representative Member/ Director for New Zealand Districts 9940, 9970 and 9980.

David is the President of the Combined Probus Club of West Lakes and has served as the Rotary District Probus Chairman for District 9500 since 2015.

David had a 40-year career in the banking industry and retired as SA Manager Private Banking for a major bank. He then worked for ten years as Practice Manager for an Accounting Firm. David has had extensive experience as Chairman or President for various community organisations.

David is the Representative Member for South Australia/Northern Territory.

Tony is an Appointed Director to the PSPL Board and a foundation member of the West Melton Combined Probus Club.  His early professional career was as a Chartered Engineer in the UK and NZ. More recently his work experience has been shaped as a member of the senior management team of St John NZ, a major charity with good business processes to provide emergency ambulance and other services to local communities. Tony is a Commander of the Order of St John and continues to serve that organisation in a voluntary capacity as well as having interests in a number of local community committees. 


Director Nicholas Ledingham

Nick Ledingham has been a member of the Probus Club of Tomaree for ten years, and has served as President and Public Officer of his club.

He is a retired solicitor and an accredited family law specialist who practised in Sydney’s northern suburbs. Before establishing his practice he spent some three years as the CEO of a permanent building society.

He served for eight years on the National Council of the Confederation of Australian Sport (CAMS) including a term as national Vice-President. For his service to motor sport he has been awarded the Australian Sports Medal and Life Membership of CAMS. He served for twelve years on the Board of the Royal Life Saving Society  Australia NSW Branch and is a Companion of the Royal Life Saving Society Australia.

Nicholas is the Representative Member for New South Wales/ Australian Capital Territory.  


Director Ian Murray OAM JP

Ian served for 16 years as a Principal of secondary schools as well as various administrative roles in progressing to the position of Principal. He also served a term as District Governor of Rotary District 9450.

Joining Probus in 2011, Ian has served as the Secretary of the Club.

Ian is the Representative Member for Western Australia.

Bruce has a working career in Senior/Chief Executive and Senior Finance roles, almost entirely in the Manufacturing sector. Bruce held Executive and Non-Executive Directorships in listed and unlisted Public Companies and as Board/committee member of numerous Not-for-Profit organisations in the Education, Health, Community Service and Sporting sectors. Bruce has also been awarded an Australian Sports Medal. Bruce is the Representative Member for Victoria/Tasmania.

Peter Turner is appointed to the PSPL Board and has many years of business experience in the private sector in Australia and overseas.

He held senior positions in the Royal Philips Electronics Group, Foster's Group Limited and the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association.

He is Past President of the Toorak Men's Probus Club Inc.    

   Director Judith Maestracci AM

   Judith is a foundation member of the Indooroopilly Probus Club          (Brisbane) and has served as that club’s President, Secretary,                Newsletter Editor and Guest Speaker Officer. 

   She has also served two terms on the committee of the Probus           Association of Queensland (PAQ). During a business career                   spanning five decades, Judith has owned and operated her own businesses and served as Chairman and Director of numerous government and private company boards, commissions and organisations.

She was recognised for her contribution to community, sport and tourism industry in 1996 appointed as a Member of the Order of Australia (AM). 

  Director Arie Geerlofs

  Arie Geerlofs is the Rotary Appointed Director to the PSPL Board.        Arie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has held various          management positions within the Inland Revenue Department in        New Zealand until his retirement in 2013.

  Arie’s journey with Rotary commenced 20 years ago when he joined    the Papanui Rotary Club in Christchurch. He has held a variety of        positions within his Rotary Club and has been awarded with a Paul Harris Fellow. He is currently the chair of his Rotary District Membership Committee.

Arie is active in various voluntary organisations over the last 35 years and is a strong believer in service above self and the need for good governance in voluntary organisations.
