July our speaker was Chris D'Arcy from Search Dogs Sydney along with his dog "Boof"
August our guest speaker was Jeremy Letherbarrow talking on "Fire Safety for Seniors"
September we will have David Rosenberg talking about "Pine Gap"
October our speaker will be Robyn White her subject "Days for Girls"
November our guest speaker was Martyn from Ëagles Raps"

2019 GUEST SPEAKERS:
January’s guest speaker is Joan’s granddaughter Morgan & she will be talking on her ancestry as a direct descendant of Yarramundi and her position in the Police Force as a civilian in Administration and its ties to Yarramundi.
February we will have a TED talk.
We have no guest speaker in March or April because it’s our club’s election of new committee members and then the changeover and 20th Birthday celebration.
2018 GUEST SPEAKERS:
January, we are looking at the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
February, we will have Sharon from Dream Tours talking about travel
March & April there will be no guest speakers due to our Annual General Meeting & Changeover/Birthday Luncheon
May will be Christine Platt she is CEO at Global Recording Network Australia and will talk on her missionary work.
June I will book in Richard Parker from 365 Care but I am not sure at this stage as to what his subject will be.
July will be John Ebbott Community Engagement Coordinator from Care Flight.
August - Roland Storm will be entertaining us again. He was our speaker last August and was very popular.
September we will have a “TED Talks”, (Technology, Education & Design) which is a guest speaker but instead of speaking in person to the audience it is done through the computer. Not sure at this stage what the subject will be but will keep you informed.
October’s Speaker will be Graham Wilcox who published a book in 2014 “The Struggle for Unity”, which is a story about the “Federation of Australia, which will be the topic of his talk.”
2017 (Past) GUEST SPEAKERS:
MAY we have Nerida Jackson, Community Hearing Advisor Blacktown. She will discuss hearing problems and offer free hearing tests to members.
JUNE we will have three from the bike ride, Bob Gardiner, Chetan Patel and Mel Gray who will give a presentation on the “Bike Ride”. Mel's fund raising bike ride from Bowral to Blacktown.
JULY we will have Reg the “clock man”, a person who is so passionate he has clocks everywhere.
AUGUST we have Roland Storm coming to entertain us, he will be singing some of his songs, walking us down memory lane and telling a few tales.
September our speaker will be Richard Parker from Easy-Go-Connect, Community Transport service for over 65’s. He will inform how he might be able to help out individual members, or the group as a whole.
Our October meeting Tom Gavin is going to do a talk on how he has designed his own tool and what was involved in making his models of steam engines.
November, we have Gary Raymond a retired Police Inspector. I am not too sure what subject he will be speaking on but I am sure it will be very interesting.
December - There will be no speaker for December as this is our Chistmas General Meeting, with Christmas cake, carols, and Santa.
