The topic of the Debate was "Does romance reach a retirement age?".

Men's team  :  Peter Rowlands, George Blenkhorn, Rob Porter and Barry Hodge.

Adjudicator  :  Graeme Begg

It was a "spirited" clash and a debate with a difference.  Secrets were divulged to win a point here and there.  Members were certainly treated to an entertaining start to the year.

Which team won, you might ask.  Perhaps the writer of this blog is biased but rumour has it, that the ladies won "hands down".
