Our Monthly General Meeting is held on the first Monday of the month, (or if it is a Public Holiday then on the first Wednesday of the month), meeting at 9.30am for a 9:45am start in the Grand Ballroom at the Jindalee Hotel. There is a $12 monthly meeting fee per attendee, to cover morning tea, payable by eftpos or cash at the door or by direct debit - preferred method (see bank details in your newsletter – and prior to the meeting, please print your payment advice and hand in at the meeting or email the Treasurer)

UNABLE TO ATTEND A MEETING? It is important you let the Membership secretary know by 8am the Friday before the meeting so that your apology can be recorded and the meeting venue can be notified of numbers for morning tea.

Special dietary needs - please advise the membership secretary, if not already notified.

Reminder – please wear name badges.

Committee meetings are held at the Kenmore Library from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.
