Rodney Fox Shark Museum
Henley Beach Road, Mile End.
On 27th February 2024 members of the St Agnes Prus Club Inc. visted the Rodney Fox Shark Museum.
The inforation about sharks, both fact and fiction, is amazing. Members found out there are over 500 species of shark. These vary in size from fitting in the palm of you hand to the 18 metre Whale Shark.
We also found that there are 80 million sharks killed each year with 25 million of them being threatened species.
Following the visit members enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Mile End Hotel.
