It’s the height of summer and the Hobart waterfront is putting on a show.

During the Taste of Tasmania festival foodies come together for seven days of eating, drinking and entertainment. This year, the spotlight is shining on Tasmanian produce – seafood, cheese, berries, wines and boutique beers.

New stalls have joined for 2012 and there’s plenty of free and paid entertainment for the whole family.
