New South Wales
Visit the ‘Food Basket’ of NSW.
Celebrating its 25th year, F.O.O.D Week (Food of Orange District) showcases local produce, fine food and local chefs and restaurants, cementing the region as the Food Basket. Orange, Cabonne and Blayney shires join forces to offer everything from wine tasting or cooking demonstrations, picnics and a night market.

Victoria
Go back in time to visit the ice age.
Perfect to take the grandkids to, or even enjoy yourself, Jurassic Creatures takes visitors back to the ice age. The interactive walk talks you through an exhibition of moving dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures of the ice. You can get up close and personal with mammoths, saber tooth tigers and even a tyrannosaurus rex.

South Australia
Be inspired by Australian art.
The 2016 Adelaide Biennial of Australian Art views the world through the eyes of Australian contemporary artists. Titled Magic Object and drawing inspiration from the Wunderkammer, the exhibition explores the artists’ interests in cultural rituals and material riddles.

Western Australia
Enjoy the flicks under the stars.
Ben & Jerry’s Openair Cinemas presents live tunes, delectable ice cream and the best movies. Hot new releases are on offer as well as cult classics and silver screen favourites. There are even some lawn games for pre-movie entertainment.

Delectable Italiano.
Celebrate Italian culture in Queensland with the Gold Coast Italian Festival. Celebrate the 10th anniversary of the festival by savouring the tastes, sounds and sights of Italy, on Broadbeach. Street vendors will sell wood fired pizza, pasta and of course, gelato, accompanied by authentic Italian wines.

Take me home.
Following the success of the 2014 Australian tour, Take Me Home – The Music and Life of John Denver is back. Bevan Gardiner, accompanied by international musicians, performs all the John Denver songs, transporting you back to the era of John himself.
