 “DOCO Club, boasts “Gender Equality”

Members suggest subjects they would like explored and displayed  for their viewing enjoyment,

At one of the meetings we saw the success of a group of “Fishermen’s Friends” who revived the popularity of “Sea Shanties” from the 17th century in a real village in Cornwall well known to TV Viewers (Port Issacs, known to some as Port Wen. There is a movie made on the "Fishermens friends", if you would like to look it up. The movie is well worth watching.

This request was Inspired by the talk we received at a previous Probus General meeting. Why not let us know a subject you would like to know more about and we will research it for the most interesting explanation of it.
