History of our Club
Russley Probus Club's formation in 1998 was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Christchurch.
The name Probus comes from the words PROfessional and BUSiness.
The basic objective of a Probus Club is to provide regular gatherings for those who, in retirement, appreciate and value opportunities to meet others in similar circumstances and of a similar level of interest.
We celebrated our 25th anniversary with a celebratory lunch on 22nd May 2023, and the release of our anniversary book 'A History of the Russley Probus Club - 25th Anniversary - 1998-2023'
