Rhiannon stood in for Ryan MacNeill, the Operations Manager at EQ Resources’ Mt Carbine Tungsten Mine, located just outside of Mt Molloy. Rhiannon gave a presentation showing us how the team at EQ Resources have been able to revitalise Mt Carbine, now one of the few tungsten-producing mines in Australia. Her presentation gave an insight into the site’s history, current operations, and the strategic role critical minerals like tungsten play in global supply chains.

“Gazza,” back by popular demand. Garry McIlroy is a local radio personality who presents a weekday show from 6:00am – 9:00am on 101.5 Douglas FM. He has had a long and interesting career both within and outside radio and has collected a plethora of interesting anecdotes along the way, more of which he will be sharing with us today.
