Membership payments are now due. There are still many members who haven’t paid.
Probus South Pacific has increased their fees so unfortunately, we have to increase ours.
Existing members $45.00
New members $60.00 – This includes the cost of your name badge
Please transfer your payment as per the instructions at the end of this Newsletter. If you do not do internet banking please bring the correct money to the March meeting. You must be financial to vote at the AGM on 5 March 2025.

Our Speaker for February was Dr Catherine Dunlop who spoke to us about being Stroke Safe and aware.
Jocelyn Ringland is now officially a member after receiving her name badge and Welcome Pack from Janelle Gresham
Our February lunch was held at the Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club at Wickham.
It’s good to see so many members turning up for our outings.
Our February morning tea was held at The Hemporium at Carrington
The February walk was from Bar Beach to Merewether
Marie bought a lovely bunch of flowers to thank June Wooden for her service to the club

At the November meeting we had a display of candles and diffusers by Andrew & Emily
of Uaine Candles, Morpeth.
I hope you all got the email I forwarded from Uaine Candles offering our members 10% discount.
November Outings …
13 Nov ~ A trip to Minmi for lunch at the Courthouse Restaurant.
We had a good turnout for this outing.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a tour of the old Courthouse.
20 Nov ~ Morning Tea at Café HaHa, Adamstown
Another good turnout for this Morning Tea AND we got free chockies and icecream.
Bet you now wish you had come too.
We also found out our visitor, Sue, had gone to school with one of our members, Jane – many years ago. (They assured us it was not Reform School)
