16 Jan              Coffee morning – what did we do over Christmas/New Year?

23 Jan              Lunch Baxter Tavern – board out to express interest.

 

13 Feb             General meeting Speaker: Barry Gomm will give us a talk on the history of Ginger Meggs.

20 Feb             Coffee Morning: TBA

27 Feb             Tour Dame Nellie Melba’s garden, “Coombes” – p/u 8.30am Starzone car park Karingal

                        Centre. Cost $65.00, lunch at own cost at a place to be advised. On our arrival a

                        Devonshire tea will be served before we commence our tour. The tour takes about an hour.

 

12 Mar             Annual General Meeting – no speaker. FYI: Nomination forms for the Committee are

                        available at the entrance.

19 Mar             Auction – please bring along your treasures, it’s a fun morning and usually there’s some

                        lovely bargains to be had.

26 Mar             Life on the high seas – well, High Tea on the Sorrento Ferry, which includes a welcome

                     drink on arrival, a tiered platter of sweet and savoury items and an abundance of tea and

                     coffee.

                        Make your own way to Sorrento where we catch the ferry at 2.00pm across to Queenscliff.

                        High tea will be brought on board for us to eat in one of the beautiful lounges. You can sit

                        back, relax, enjoy the stunning bay and coastal views whilst you partake in a beautiful high

                        tea. Cruise the bay on a 2 hour return sail between Sorrento and Queenscliff. Car pooling  

                        please, volunteers required. Be at Sorrento for 1.30pm, depart Sorrento 2.00pm.   

                              MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 20.     Cost $55.00.

                        FYI: If we hire the small bus the total will be approx. $80.00, DEPENDING ON NUMBERS.
