Outings to places of interest in the wider Melbourne area are organised for members throughout the year. These include visits by car to, for example, the Ambulance Victoria Museum, Kinglake Heritage Centre; and both day and overnight bus trips to sights and towns further afield, for example the Silo Art Trail in western Victoria.
One day coach trips have included the Dolphin Research Institute at Hastings and the Port of Melbourne Education Centre at Port Melbourne.
