Each Probus club elects its own officials to manage its affairs. Committee members have to be nominated and seconded and then elected at the annual general meeting. The key positions are the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Herald editor.
Another important role in the club is the Almoner who takes a particular interest in the health and welfare of members.
