AGM and Elections 2025

The 2025 AGM will be held on the 4th March 2025  at 11am following our general meeting.

Venue: Cherrybrook Community and Cultural Centre.

Nominations for all Office Bearer positions are now open and can be placed in the appropriate box at our January or February General Meetings or mailed to the Secretary (details on bottom of Nomination Form). Nominations will close at 11am on 4th February 2025.

Election 2025 

 Nominations for positions on the Management Committee closed at the end of the fellowship break at the February General meeting.

The nominations are:

If there is only one candidate for a position that candidate is deemed elected and acknowledged by acclamation (applause).

The formal part of the election, scheduled for the AGM on 4 March, will still proceed although there is no actual voting.

Positions with no nominations are declared vacant. Nominations will then be called from the floor of the meeting for those vacant positions and those vacant positions only.

If no nominations are received for the vacant positions, the incoming Management Committee may appoint members to the vacant positions as they see fit.

These appointees will serve until the next election.
