Eat, stay, play

Here’s our round-up of fabulous restaurants, events and festivals to attend in June and July around Australia.

NSW: Love is in the air

Cottage Point Inn in Sydney is so romantic, the producers of The Bachelor Australia organised a lovely dinner for two of the contestants in a previous season of the show. The one-hatted restaurant is nestled on the water’s edge in Kur-ring-gai National Park and is run by Head Chef Guillaume Zika, who has previously worked at three Michelin-starred restaurants across the world. Try the delicately-flavoured mandarine vacherine or the veale tartare to really have your socks knocked off.
