Inaugural Meeting of Woy Woy Everglades Probus Club - Wednesday 7th March 2017

Welcome to 2024...

Our meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at Club Umina, Melbourne Avenue, Umina Beach, NSW.  We cater for both retired and semi-retired people who enjoy the company of others, and to foster acquaintances and friendships.  (There is no meeting in January).

Woy Woy Everglades Probus Club Inc. was amalgamated on 2nd August 2017, the combination Woy Woy Probus and Everglades Probus, both of which had been established for over 20 yrs.  We are a mixed club with a cap of 120, and our membership presently is around 85 members.  

Club Umina opens at 9:00 a.m. The doors to our meeting room (the Auditorium) will open at 9:20 a.m. – this allows us time to set up prior to everyone coming into the meeting.  Our meeting commences at 9:45 a.m. Morning tea is around 10:30 am, then a guest speaker or other entertainment.  We close our meeting prior to 12 noon.  

Many then stay on at the club for lunch.  Our Committee Meeting is held after lunch at 1 p.m.
