Bee hives.
At the last meeting there was interest in learning about bee keeping. At this stage we have not been able to find someone to help us out. We did approach one person who wanted $600 for the session. We thought this was too much. Leave it with us while we explore other options.

The Concert Lounge – Croydon
At the last General Meeting Richard Pengelley mentioned that there is a show on at the concert lounge in Croydon.
Unfortunately, it is a bit late for us to organise a group but here are the details if you are interested to go.
We will keep this venue in mind for future events.

Crochet/knitting group.
We had a lovely afternoon for our first session.
We will be having this group fortnightly.
Next session is 7 November, 1.00 at the Warrandyte Community Centre.
Let me know if you want to attend. There was 6 of us but still room for more.

We would like to get this up and running.

Learning to play the Ukulele
There was interest in learning how to play the Ukulele.
North Ringwood Community House has instructor who runs courses there for a cost of $145 for a 10-week course. Unfortunately, the course never went ahead as t hey need a minimum of 6 people.
Can you let us know if you are interested as we will try to organise something next year if we have the numbers.
We may be able to organise the course in conjunction with Warrandyte Community Centre.
