Probus Club of Redlands-Bayside Inc

Servicing the Redlands, our Club meets at the Cleveland Bowls Club, 162 Middle Street, Cleveland on the third Thursday of each month at 9.30am. After an update of Club activities, meetings adjourn for a scrumptious morning tea followed by an interesting guest speaker. After the meeting, lunch is arranged at a local Cleveland venue. You are most welcome to attend our meeting and chat with our members.

Joining our Club provides an opportunity to meet and socialize with a diverse group of locals who, despite retirement, maintain an active lifestyle. A range of activities is available for members to indulge in.

The popular mid-week lunch Barbeques in the Park are held regularly at Wellington Point Recreation Reserve. Partaking of a substantial meal cooked by the BBQ Team, this event provides a great opportunity for fellowship in the sublime seaside environment. Every month, the well-attended Dining Out Group has dinner at a local club, hotel or restaurant.

Our Caravan and Cabin Crowd (3C’s) head off for up to a week at tourist parks within a reasonable drive from Brisbane. Three or four trips a year are organised. Members either stay in comfortable cabins or their own caravans. The camp kitchen is the key focal point, giving members the perfect opportunity to get to know their fellow members.

Our recently appointed Activities Officer is busy organising card games and visits to local events and places.

Our club has been operating for more than 30 years and has attracted a group of enthusiastic and fun-loving people. We will warmly welcome you into this group.
