The Probus Club of Port Phillip is a community of retired and semi-retired people from the professions, business and other vocations who enjoy fun and friendship and share intellectual, social and cultural interests.
Members appreciate and value opportunities to meet new friends, enjoy presentations from guest speakers on topical subjects, visit interesting places both locally and as Getaways, and attend coffee and conversation gatherings.

The Probus Club of Port Phillip has operated successfully for nearly forty years. Our members are a diverse group of men and women who have retired from professional, business and academic careers, who enjoy both intellectual stimulation and social interaction. The intellectual and social sides are provided by visiting speakers at our monthly meetings, visits to various places of interest, a monthly ‘Coffee and Conversation’ meeting and, twice each year, a longer trip, a ‘Getaway’, to places of interest in Victoria and beyond. We welcome new members from anyone who feel they would benefit from joining our Club and whom are able to join us for our meetings, held on the morning of the second Tuesday of each month at the Kew Golf Club, followed by lunch.
