Port Macquarie South Combined Probus Club was formed in November 2003.  The Club aims to retain a strong membership of around 100 active members.

We are always keen to meet prospective members … and to welcome them to participate in the FUN, FRIENDSHIP and FELLOWSHIP offered by this club.

Social activities, organised by our Social Co-ordinator, are many and varied.  These activities include :

• walks;
• barbecues at the beach;
• restaurant outings; 
• theatre and cinema parties;
• race days;
•  local visits and trips;
• and, even group trips away to activities and places beyond our district. 

We also join together to celebrate significant events like Australia Day, Christmas and Christmas in July, and the Melbourne Cup.

Our meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, starting at 9:45am.  We recommend that members and visitors arrive at the venue about half an hour earlier to allow for time to register and to pay for any upcoming events … and, importantly, to socialise with fellow members.

At our meetings, a club member will present a short talk about an aspect of their life and an outside guest speaker will address the members on a pertinent topic.  As well, there is a break for morning tea and another opportunity to catch up with fellow members.
