Our meetings follow a standard format commencing at 9:45am on the 2^nd Wednesday of the month at the Port Macquarie Golf Club.

General business followed by morning tea followed by a guest speaker some then stay for lunch at the Golf club.

Apologise need to be sent to the membership office should you be unable to attend the meeting.

Your name badge should be worn to all meetings and events.

The use of the suggestion box is recommended.
