Meetings

Club Meets at: Greensborough RSL, 111 Main Street, Greensborough Vic 3088

Committee meetings are held in the Boardroom on the second Thursday of the month, January-November inclusive, commencing at 10.00am and concluding by 12.00nn.  No meeting is held in December.

General meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of the month, January-November inclusive, in the Functions Room commencing at 10.00am and concluding by 12.00nn.  The doors are open from 9.30am for registration.  Members are encouraged to stay after the meeting for lunch, to mingle with fellow members and support the RSL.  No meeting is held in December or if a public holiday occurs on the fourth Thursday of the month.

Annual General meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of March each year commencing at 11.00am, following the March General meeting.

Social Committee meetings are held in the Boardroom on the first Monday of every second month, at 10.00am and concluding by 12.00nn, commencing January.

Please Remember:

• To wear your name badge to all Probus meetings and functions
• To register your attendance at the Welcome Desk
• To lodge an apology if you can’t attend a meeting
• To turn off your mobile phone or put it on silent during meetings
• To speak to a Committee Member with any suggestions you have for the Club.
• If you leave the meeting early, please sign the “Early Departure” document at the Welcome desk. This is an insurance requirement.
