We have one outing per month usually on the 4th Wednesday, with  examples being a visit to St Stephens Cathedral, Senior Moments at QPac, and a movie & coffee morning.

In May we  visited the Trade Coast Central  Heritage Park at Eagle Farm. This was a really interesting experience as we learnt it was originally a convict women's prison, Brisbane's first airport and the site used to develop aeroplanes to combat the Japanese fleet in the 2nd World War.

June was a tour of the Samford Museum, where we were served a great morning tea and entertained by the resident swaggy, followed by lunch at the Samford Pub.

July was a bus trip to the British Pub Fox & Hounds at Wongawallan for Christmas in July, and August will be a tour of the State Library.

As well as the monthly outing, the club also has a walking group, book club & mahjong group, and monthly Sunday lunches at venues suggested by members.
