Meetings run for approximately two hours.

The first 45 minutes follows meeting procedure and includes reports on all activities including planned activities.
We usually then have a club speaker, but this might just take the form of an interview.

After this we have morning tea (tea/coffee and biscuits or special contributions), followed by either a guest speaker or occasionally there is a special activity e.g. trivia or "show and tell".

Lunch is organised to follow this, either at the Sportsmans Club or elsewhere.
In January we have a special morning tea to celebrate Australia Day.

We also have a "Soup and Slice" day.

In March the second half of the meeting is our AGM.

September is trivia month.

In October we celebrate Melbourne Cup with a fashion parade, cup cakes and sweeps.

In December we have a Christmas Lunch instead of a meeting.
