Greenvale Probus Club inc

The Greenvale Probus Club was founded on August 1st 2025 after Probus South pacific identified a need for a new club in our area.  Our club at the first meeting had approximatley 48 visitors, which was made up of several other clubs who came together to support us in our Foundation.  Our club  comprises of  people from the city of Greenvale  and surrounding areas, who are active retirees or no longer working full time and who appreciate the opportunity to expand their interests, enjoy the company of friends, and keep their minds active.

The name PROBUS derives from the words PROFESSIONAL and BUSINESS and embraces people who have had some measure of responsibility in fields including industry, commerce, education and others.

We are a non-profit-making organisation and Greenvale  organises a variety of social, cultural and recreational activities.

Meetings are held at 10.00 am on the First Friday  of each month except January, at the Greenvale west Community Centre, 7 Ventura Way, Greenvle Vic 3059

The meetings include morning tea and guest speakers on topics of interest.  Members receive a monthly newsletter, 

Anyone interested in Greenvale Probus is welcome to attend a monthly meeting as a visitor, except in months where special occasions are held.

Our aim is to create an environment of Friendship, Fellowship and Fun.
