About Us
Our Club was formed in 1988 and currently has an active membership of 40 women who are either retired, or semi-retired.
We strive to promote social and physical well-being by creating a socially inclusive environment that conducts regular outings and activities and invites guest speakers to our monthly General meetings to entertain, inform and invite discussion.
We have a Club newsletter which is produced monthly. It provides information on what’s happening in the Club and keeps you in touch with other members.
We seek to be a caring and inclusive club that values the contribution of all our members. Our club is non-fundraising and purely a social outlet to stay active in the community.
Emerald Ladies Probus actively promotes the Probus philosophy of friendship, fellowship and fun in retirement and we also enjoy food!
If you’re a retired, or semi-retired lady, we welcome you to come along to one of our meetings to find out more about our activities and maybe consider joining our club. Meetings are held at the Emerald RSL on the third Monday of each month (except December) at 10am. Details can be found on our Meeting Dates page.
