MEETINGS OF OUR CLUB

MEETINGS:

Monthly General Meetings are held in the Sinclair Room at Dapto Leagues Club, corner of Bong Bong Road and Station Street, Dapto, on the fourth Thursday of each month from February to November each year. Our December (Christmas) meeting date and venue is set each year and advised to members.

Meeting structure usually follows this general pattern:

  9.30am - Doors open for arrival, with members and visitors recording their attendance and paying the morning tea fee (currently $4.50pp - pay at entry table)

10.00am - Meeting called to order. Reports, General Business etc.

10.30am - Morning Tea/Social break

11.00am (Approx.) – Guest Speaker. Interesting and informative people attend as guest speakers and deliver sessions on a wide range of topical, educational and informative subjects, which aim to appeal to all. Our Management Committee welcomes suggestions as to possible guest speakers.

12noon (Approx.) – Meeting concludes. Members are encouraged to stay for lunch at the Dapto Leagues Club Bistro, with Member’s lunches available for discount prices.
