The Committee meets monthly on the fourth (4th) Wednesday of the month except December.
The Annual General Meeting is held March each year and a new committee is elected.
At present the committee comprises:
- President
- Vice President
- Immediate Past President
- Secretary/Public Officer
- Treasurer,
- Newsletter Editor
- Speaker Convenor
- Trips and Entertainment
- Dine Outs
- Membership Officer,
- Welfare Officer
- Chronicles/Records/Data etc,
- General Committee Member (2)
Other members who assist with the operation of the club, ie: Reception Officers, Audio Visual Equipment Officers,
Publicity Officer and Photographer.
