At each monthly meeting, a guest speaker is invited to address the members.
Recent speakers have included:
- Derek Jones talking on "Africa Today and in the Future
- Caitilin Watson, a solicitor with the law firm Atkinson Vinden talking about "Disputed Estates".
- Norman Webb talking on "Beekeeping Ancient and Modern"
