February 2023 - Carseldine Members step up to meet a need …..

Last September, after a very cold winter, I noticed some of the residents of Coonorwin Nursing Home didn’t have any knee rugs. I suggested to our ladies from Probus that maybe we could knit some 8 inch squares to form a rug. So successful was the appeal, that last Wednesday, Marian, Wendy and I presented the home with 18 rugs, some of which had been preloved.
The staff at the Nursing Home were delighted with our efforts. Once again - Well done Ladies – such a good cause. Lyn S

Carseldine Probians celebrate the 33rd Birthday of the Club with a lunch at the Hornet's AFL Club.
