From this base members can visit Bathurst – Abercrombie House, PM Ben Chifley’s Home 
Bathurst District Historical Society Museum, Australian Fossil & Mineral Museum, Mount  Panorama Motor Racing Museum , Miss Traill’s House & Garden. Ask about the Bathurst C pass allowing entry into  4 attractions. Cowra – Japanese Prison/Graves. Historic goldfields, spectacularlimestone caves, see gold rush towns  of Hill End-Sofala-Ophir – Parkes Telescope –Mudgee – .

10th Wednesday            Craft Group gathering for productive Knitting and good company chatting and enjoy the views  at the Toowoon Bay Surf Life Saving Club all members welcome.

Broken Bay Pearl Farm Tours maximum group 30 people (The best kept secret of NSW is the              
World’s most lustrous and rare Akoya pearl grown in the Central Coast. This is the first time the 
Public have been invited to see the farm and experience the 7 virtues that make Pearls of       
Australia the most precious gems in the World. Concession $65 pp and lunch at own expense  at Fisherman’s wharf at Woy Woy after the completed tour of the Pearl Farm facilities.  This is a 2.5 hour tour, 50%  on water and 50% at the factory facility. Our tour will depart from the Sea Scout Hall in Lion’s Park 2 N Burge Rd Woy Woy at 10.00. Please be at departure  point 10 mins before tour starts (- seats available -) see events team.
                                 
17th Wednesday            Bay Café Toowoon Bay  141- 143 Bay Rd Toowoon Bay 2261 Set menu 2 or 3 courses We are booked in for 6.30pm the 2 course meal $42, 3Course $49 corkage $2 ea. for BYO -1person collects for the  table  PLEASE BRING CORRECT MONEY FOR WHAT COURSES YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE.
 
30th Tuesday                  Rookwood Historical Tour. Free at the moment - tour by General Manager who has been at Rookwood 27 yrs. We will travel down by a Hired 25 seat mini bus. All seats full wait list only.
Cost is $ 20 pp plus morning tea & Lunch own expense. Please be at Anne Findley Pl & Bias Ave for an  8.15am departure .

Well worth the  walk to see early history of the Coast.
