Thursday 25th September 2025 – GUILDFORD HISTORICAL TOUR 

Judy Hamersley House, 119 Swan Street, Guildford; next door to the Swan Valley Visitors' Centre. Gaye Sweeney will do a "Treasures from the Collection” tour where she shows some items and talk about their significance to Guildford and surrounding areas.

10am for 2 hours. $10 per person including morning tea. Cash or card. A limit of 15 people. If there is sufficient interest another talk can be organised.

Sunday August 3rd  MANDURAH ARTS CENTRE 

Train trip or carpool to Mandurah  (SOLD OUT)   “Music of the Night;” a tribute to Andrew Lloyd Webber, and the West End Musicals. Commences at 2.00pm. Ticket $69.90 concession. Train leaves Perth at 10.00 am approx.         1 hour trip – early lunch and bus trip to the Mandurah Arts Centre.

Meet at the Museum at 9.45am for entry at 10.00 am - Concession $25.00.

The Famous Terracotta Warrior exhibition at Perth Museum Boola Bardip. Step into the extraordinary world of China’s first Emperor Qin Shihuangto explore his life, legacy, and afterlife. It is said to be the boldest museum exhibition held in Western Australia. Please make a booking so you don’t miss out on the time. FEBRUARY - A group enjoyed the movie Bridget Jones Mad about the Boy at Reading Cinema Belmont, additional people joined them for coffee or lunch.

There has been expressions of interest in rekindling the Flickers Cinema group.  A Coordinator  chooses the film and session time, announces it at the General Meeting and takes names of interested members, then follows up by email with details.
