Casey Combined Probus Club enjoy a Caravan Trip

Thirty-six members travelled to Echuca for an enjoyable few days where the weather was kind to us throughout the week.
The organised outings to Holden Museum, Paddle Steamer “Canberra” cruise and Aussie Beer Shed were extremely well attended, the only exception being the Holden Museum where a few of the ladies opted out and went shopping. The farewell dinner was held at Moama RSL and the lucky draws for pens (made by Rob) were won by Yvonne Dunn, Joel Hosking, Thelma (Mary) Barnes and Ron Hodson.
A special thanks to Rob Cochrane who organised a car trip from Barham, following the Broken Creek to Nathalia where lunch was taken – 13 members took the trip and enjoyed the outing.
We wish to thank members for their participation in this activity over the last 2 years and now pass the baton to Ernie Bird who has taken on this role.
A deserted reserve where tennis, cricket and football took place on a weekly basis. Now all that remains are the relics of another time.
