Terms and conditions

The Promoter is Mahlab Media of 369a Darling St, Balmain, NSW 2041 on behalf of Probus South Pacific Limited.

• Entrant must be a current financial Probus club member an accredited Probus Club within Australia.
• The entrant must be available to travel to Sydney for the photoshoot date in early October.

Judging

• The Competition will be judged by the Promoter in accordance with conditions it deems acceptable and applicable. Chance plays no part in the selection of the Prize winners.
• Prize winners will be notified via email or phone in August 2014.
• If the Prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by the stipulated date, the Prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.

General

• No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter, Probus South Pacific Limited or the Prize supplier for changes in dates or other cancellations or arrangements that may prevent the Prize winners from winning the Prize.
• The Promoter reserves the right, in its discretion, to disqualify:

1. Entries, which include any objectionable content, profanity or are potentially insulting or defamatory.
2. Any individual who does not enter the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

• The Promoter and Probus South Pacific Limited reserve the right to alter, cancel or vary the Competition.
• In the event that the Promoter or Probus South Pacific Limited cancel or vary the competition, it shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation or alteration.
• No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late or lost entries. Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
• The Promoter takes no responsibility for out-dated contact details including email address, telephone number or postal address.
• A decision of the Promoter in relation to the Competition is deemed final and binding.
