A general note about outings: Please ensure that you write your name on the attendance sheet for each outing that you wish to attend. Once that is done your registration is a firm booking and payment (if applicable) should be paid bythe agreed date. Even when there is no charge, please sign up to ensure accurate tour/venue bookings can be made.
Please ensure that you let the Outings Officer know if you find you are unable to attend.

Event: Annual New Year's Eve Lunch by the Lake
The annual New Year’s Eve lunch will be held at the Southern Cross Yacht Club again this year providing easy access to Snapper by the Lake.
We gather from 11:00am under “our tree”. BYO drinks and snacks and/or lunch or purchase fish and chips from Snappers. It will be necessary to bring along your own chairs.
Parking: Over 30 minutes is free with a minimum spend of $20 at Yacht Club or Snapper & Co. If minimum spend not met, a parking fee of $20 will apply.

Date: February 2025 (Proposed)
Event: Hall Heritage Centre/Hall School Museum
A trip to the Village of Hall is proposed for February 2025, visiting the Hall Heritage Centre of which the Hall School Museum remains a centre piece. The visit will be followed by lunch at the Daughters at Hall, a family run café operating in what was once the General Store. Entry to the Heritage Centre by donation.
