The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held in conjunction with the March meeting each year. At the AGM the Club elects office bearers for the following 12 months.
All visitors and potential members are most welcome to join our monthly meetings. If you would like to attend a meeting or ask for further information please email:

9.45 am for a 10 am start
Our meeting starts with a guest speaker followed by morning tea then around 30 minutes of business and information sharing. Members are encouraged to stay on after the meeting to enjoy lunch and conversation at the Willoughby Hotel.
