WELLINGTON EASTERN SUBURBS PROBUS CLUB
The Wellington Eastern Suburbs Probus Club was formed in 1987 its inaugural meeting held on 10th June in premises in Mahora St, Kilbirnie with a founding membership of 20. Today, the club has a combined membership of over 60 and meets every second Wednesday of the month at the Seatoun Bowling Club in Dundas St, Seatoun at 10:00am.
The meetings include a variety of interesting guest speakers covering many different subjects. Club notices, profile speakers and morning tea with time to meet other members complete the 2 hour meeting. Known for it's friendliness, the club welcomes visitors and guests to its meetings.
The club also has a number of interest groups for members and organizes outings.
