10am: Start time for the general meeting. Please arrive a few minutes beforehand to pay for morning tea ($5), pick up your 2 door prize tickets (included in your morning tea cost) and find a seat.
10.30am: Morning tea time! Coffee, tea and water as well as sandwiches and other treats provided by our members. An opportunity to get to know other members and book for upcoming events and activities.
11am: Meeting reconvenes for the guest speaker presenting a topic of interest to members, usually with time for questions from the floor.
12 noon: Meeting closes.
