Non-members are welcome to join us for a maximum of three events, after which you are required to become a fully-fledged Club member. We prefer you book and pay (if required) by attending our monthly meetings, but if our schedule doesn’t fit your schedule, by all means register your interest in a specific paid activity via email and we’ll get back to you. Online payments can be made by bank transfer (details provided at the meeting) or tap-and-go on our card reader. Cash payments are accepted at our monthly meetings — if you could bring the correct amount, we’d really appreciate it.

Please note that no refunds will be given once you have paid for an event. We record the name and phone number of every attendee at our events as a condition of participation. Rest assured this data is kept secure and is not shared with third parties.

Movie club

A lot of people listed movies as a hobby on their membership forms. We’ve tried a few different options for going to the movies together, but it can be a bit difficult planning things far enough in advance that they make it into the newsletter. So, we’re going to try something new.

We’re going to start a WhatsApp group for anyone who is interested in getting together to see movies. That way, people can tell us what movies they want to see, and if there’s enough interest, we can arrange a date and time and cinema that works for everyone.

If you’d like to be part of this group, you can sign up at the meeting on 11 February, or else send us an email asking to be added to the group.
