• Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of the month (excl. December)

Time:

• 10.00 a.m. The President declares the Meeting open.

• Secretary and Treasure present the  Minutes and Budget respectively. 

• Committee Members provide an up date on their relevant positions: i.e. Welfare, Outings, etc.

• Morning Tea.

• Guest Speaker presents on the topic for the day.

• President declares the Meeting closed at approx. 12.00 p.m.
