When:	Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of the month (excl. December)
Time:	10.00 a.m. The President declares the Meeting open.
	Secretary and Treasure present the Minutes and Budget respectively.
	Committee Members provide an up date on their relevant positions: i.e. Welfare, Outings, etc.
	Morning Tea.
	Guest Speaker presents on the topic for the day.
	President declares the Meeting closed at approx. 12.00 p.m.
