Here is my recent experience with fitting a replacement Lithium battery in my mobile phone as it expanded forcing the rear case open with a possibility of igniting, as has happened with Lithium batteries recently.
The BIG dealers in Geelong wanted upto $150 to replace it.
The small Westfield Geelong repair shop wanted $100
But I had a battery replacement and rear case re-connection for $55 from BT PHONE REPAIRS at the Kingston Shopping Centre in Ocean Grove, together with a protective screen for further $15.
