At the October 2023 meeting of the PROBUS Club of Ocean Grove Inc., 13 of the 14 members present elected to close the Club down at the AGM in February 2023.
The rational would seem to relate too :
1. The average age of the members is currently 86
2. 8 members have passed away in the last 6 months
3. Only 17 members are left
4. Failure to recruit new members with newspaper adverts etc.
