OUR MEETINGS
General Meetings
Our General Meetings are held once a month on the third Friday of each month (except December). They are held in the Mount Waverley Community (Youth) Centre, 45 Miller Street, Mount Waverley.
Meetings are run on time starting at 10.00 am and ending at 12.00 noon. The first part of the meeting is general business followed by reports from coordinators about past and upcoming events. Morning tea and coffee is followed by an interesting guest speaker presentation with questions to conclude the meeting.
Annual General Meeting
The AGM is held in the month of March the conduct all the formal processes of the club such as the report of the outgoing President, financial statement and the election of office bearers for the new year.
