2024

Our Outings organisers often arrange visits to places of interest in and around Canberra, and sometimes further afield.

July 2024

A visit to Cockington Green followed by lunch at Pulp Book Cafe. 

August 2024

Arts and Crafts Bus Trip to Murrumbateman area.

Morning tea; lunch; chocolate, honey and mead tasting; visit a pottery, a landscape artist and 2 chocolatiers.

September 2024

Ferry trip to Springbank island for a picnic lunch and some fun activities

2024 Outings so far:

June

In June we celebrated the 29th Birthday of our club with a special lunch at Yowani Country Club.

2023 was an interesting year for Majura Ladies Probus Club!

Our May outing to the National Arboretum was most enjoyable, despite the cold, windy weather.

In April we enjoyed a train trip to Bungendore for a kokedama craft workshop and high tea.

March - a tour of Wildbark at Throsby, followed by lunch at the Wildbark cafe.

February - lunch at Snapper's cafe, at the Southern Cross Yacht Club.

January - morning tea at Queen's Terrace Cafe at Parliament House.

Our 2022 Outings    

We had a busy and exciting year, we went:

For a picnic lunch at Snappers, Yarralumla.

On a winery tour in Murrumbateman.

To Geoscience Australia for a tour and lunch.

To lunch at Merici College.

On a tour of St John's Church, Reid, followed by tea, coffee, scones and slice.

Ten Pin Bowling.

To Tulip Tops Gardens. 

On a cruise to and tour of  Government House.

For lunch at Stepping Stone cafe, Starthnairn.
