Time: Please arrive at 9.30am for a 10am start
Club activities on display you may decide to put your name on the sheet provided if you intend to participate in the activity.
The meeting starts 10am sharp where a formal meeting in conducted and information on planned or past events together with treasurey and secretieral reports, when complete morning tea is available followed by our guest speaker ,the meeting is generally complete by 12 noon.
