There are currently eight members of the Management Committee. They meet once each month seven days before the club meeting.
All minutes and financials are available for members' perusal at each general meeting because transparency and accountability are important. However, they are not usually discussed at meetings, unless the committee deems it important to do so, or a member wishes to raise an issue. We prefer general meetings to be fun, rather than business.
