Speaker: Mike (Buzz) Thompson.  House of Travel, Hobsonvile

Buzz currently owns and runs a multi-award-winning travel agency in Hobsonville.  Buzz spent 10 years of his life overseas travelling, including two in the Middle East and two in Asia where many of his tales from the road come from.  Expect to hear how he got stuck in the Gobi Desert, and now has a shrine located there, then accidentally became a Mongolian citizen and dodged Military Service.  Allowing for time has many other stories from exotic places, like Turkey, Jordan, and Borneo.

Please wear your Probus Name Badges and sign in at the Welcome Table.

If you are bringing a visitor, and you are welcome to do so, please make them known to the welcome team when you sign in.
