If you want to know more you can see most details here: Norfolk Island Trip. Actual details are very slim as there will be no Probus organiser at all. Paul and I thought just if people booked on the same tour/activity together then it may add colour to the holiday break.
Briefly it is from $3899 from Hobart and includes all meals, flights (via Qantas), tours, hire car and very special activities ... and a week away.
The proposed departure date, subject to confirmation, is 26th August 2025.
Leyon reports that (roughly) at that time of the year the weather is "mild" for Tasmanians!
Because the tour group (Spacifica Travel) would need to actually book the flights to guarantee the dates, they in turn would need to pay for those flights. That means there would be a deposit of about 50% of the total cost, per person on booking.
It seems that if we make a booking by August 31, then there's a saving of about $650 per couple. Single people are most welcome, of course.
